Terms of Service and Refund Policy

Products. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look a little different on different screens.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. You pay at checkout with the options shown there. If a price is clearly wrong, or an item turns out to be out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping. We ship to US addresses only. Orders usually leave within 2 business days, and most arrive 2 to 5 business days after that. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. If a package goes missing, email us and we'll work it out with the carrier.

Returns and refunds. All sales are final; we don't offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email info@tuckercorporation.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement free. If we can't replace it, we'll refund it. Need a different size? Unworn, unwashed clothing can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock: email us first, you pay to send it back, and we ship the new size free.

Our designs. The designs, photographs, logos and text on this site belong to Preston Tucker LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or sell them.

Liability. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies. Last updated October 12, 2026.
